Debbie’s career began within the banking industry where over the course of almost 17 years she gained experience in a variety of roles, with the last 7 years working as a senior financial consultant for Nationwide Building society. After taking a break for personal fulfilment, by achieving a first class honours in law and additional post graduate studies she became an employee case manager for a large mental health hospital group.
She joined the Premier Choice Group family in 2018 to head up the move of our group risk support service from Leeds and build a specialised group risk support team that now spans the country. Her role has since expanded into managing the healthcare and group risk support service for our Network Plus and Appointed Representatives, as well as taking on additional operational responsibility within the business.
Debbie is an avid supporter of the live music scene and enjoys nothing more than creating culinary masterpieces and longs walks with her dog.
