Terry has been working in financial services since 2010, moving to Unum in 2013 which is where his passion for Group Risk started. In 2016, Terry crossed over from insurer to intermediaries working at both Towergate and Gallagher, this has meant that Terry has worked with a wide range of business from SME to large corporates, meaning he understands what is required at every stage of an organisation’s journey.
Terry joined Premier Choice Healthcare in September 2021 as Head of Group Risk because he is passionate about helping businesses support their employees through benefits and works as hard as possible to ensure they are getting the most out of their investment.
Terry is married with 2 children and 2 cats. In his early 20’s, Terry was an open spot stand-up comic and with no pun intended he says “it was a great laugh”. Although this didn’t lead to a successful career in comedy, he feels this honed his people skills, which still benefits him today.
